Job Role: Product Experience (Full-Time)

Basic Requirements:
Customer Success team ensures a smooth, uneventful, delightful journey for the customer on the app. This means looking at the functionality of the app from the perspective of the user and ensuring it is intuitive, seamless and swift.
- Demonstrate knowledge of testing, failing quickly, learning and getting back on your feet fast in a commercially prudent manner.
- Self-starter with an independent streak, who is keen on putting your own signature on the way marketing needs to be done.

- Customer Engagement and Growth: To draw patterns from user behavior and build and run rewards and offers campaigns that will ensure repeated transactions and usage of the app.
- User support: To manage the customer queries and issues by coordinating internally with the tech and product team.
- Key account management: To maintain key banking relationships to co-create solutions for the customers of these issuing banks.
- To ensure that the product roadmap is robust and includes all relevant functionalities that the customer would expect going forward. To assist the product team in creating the requirements and also testing them.
- To interface with the user to ensure smooth on boarding, transaction, rewards, cash back process.
- To manage all communications required with the user.
- Should have worked in the customer success/ engagement/ retention team of a B2C mobile/web app company for a minimum of 2-3 years (preferably).
- Should be able to be an escalation point for the support team.
- Ability to understand the patterns and create campaigns. Measurement of impact against these will be the performance criteria for the candidate.
- Should be able to help the Product team to draft and prioritize customer requirements for the product roadmap.
- Should have collaboration skills to ensure close coordination of marketing, product and tech team in order to achieve the desired customer journey.
- Knowledge of Data and Analytics technologies: Should be able to look at collected data, analyze it and extract actionable insights. Must have knowledge of consoles/ tools used to understand, strategize and manage data about customers.
- Managing key accounts and banking relationships in order to mine them for revenue impact.
- Empathetic towards users and should be able to have discussions with them for keeping users engaged, where required.
- Teamwork: Should have experience of working in a team and should have supervised work of teams of 2-3 juniors.

- An investor relations manager’s job is primarily to communicate, own and maintain all matters related to the investors including but not limited to strategy, business plan, budget, annual results, etc.
